Automatically Collected Information
We automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with Kiraya Setu, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, device identifiers, and cookie data. We use this to improve our services and ensure platform security.

We use your information to operate Kiraya Setu, process transactions, generate invoices and lease documents, send automated rent reminders, and continuously improve our platform for landlords across India.
Communication
We may use your contact information to send you important service updates, security alerts, and occasional marketing communications relevant to property management. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Kiraya Setu does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your tenants' personal information to any third parties for their marketing purposes.

05Data Retention
Retention Period
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
Tenant Records
Lease records and tenant information may need to be retained for up to 7 years to comply with Indian tax and accounting regulations. We will notify you of such retention requirements.

Data Deletion
